Ahead of the 2015 general elections, the governor of Kaduna State, Mr Mukhtar Yero, has assured the leadership of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) that fairness, equity and social justice will be enthroned in the state in order to sustain peace and harmonious coexistence in the state.
While visiting the national chairman of the party, Mr Adamu Muazu, in Abuja, Mr Yero said that he would continue to extend a hand of fellowship to all aggrieved persons and advised the leadership of the party to do the same at the national level.
The governor was accompanied by a former governor of the state, Senator Ahmed Makarfi, members of the state House of Assembly and other top party officials from the state
